This course examines employment-related law by providing line managers with a working knowledge of the employment-related law to avoid errors that might damage the business and/or employee relations.
By the end of this course participants will:
▪ Acquire a practical understanding of the Labour-related laws
▪ Be equipped in dealing with staff issues fairly, legally and with greater confidence.
▪ Recognize when specialist advice is necessary.
▪ Appreciate how law’s standards can help improve motivation and performance by providing a foundation for better communication, greater consistency and a sense of participation.
